Workforce/Project Coordinator 6 month contract Dublin city centre The Workforce/Project Coordinator has a responsibility providing resources to support the short- and long-term needs of the organisation.
The person we are looking for will have excellent hands-on people skills.
He/she will be a people person, an excellent communicator with a real interest in, and experience of, supporting people through a major organisational change.

Work closely with approved external vendors to contract high quality external staff to augment internal staff as required.
Coordinate onboarding of new contractors.
Review candidate profiles/ role assessments/ Screening with hiring managers.
Candidate onboarding/ finance setups Matching work assignments to staff skills or developmental opportunities.
Balancing work demand and resource supply to ensure maximum utilisation of people Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the teams, leaders and the wider stakeholder group in order to get things done Advocate for the people point of view at senior leadership meetings Essential Skills and Experience: Recent experience as a workforce/ project coordinator Experience of recruiting both permanent and contract staff Planning, organising, and controlling people resources, and providing solutions for resource conflicts.
Experience in working collaboratively to build and maintain trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders and internal Leadership teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels from Executive to Team level.
