Your New Job:
The maintenance scheduler will join the service team to streamline the scheduling function and introduce efficiencies in the service division. This role will involve managing both scheduled and reactive service maintenance, ensuring completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate asset information. This role will report into the director of operations.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills to manage services, personnel, parts/supplies, and customer relationships.
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to quickly assess and manage various situations effectively.
* Ability to plan and track service visits efficiently, minimizing scheduling conflicts and delays.
* Critical thinking and decision-making skills to identify issues and offer timely solutions.
* Strong computer literacy to manage teams, customers, and field service operations.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and scheduling methods.
* Experience in managing certifications, qualifications, and safety protocols for field team members.
