Job Title: Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful applicant to contribute to the success of a well-established business in Cork.
About the Role:
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring payroll is completed accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
* Payroll Administration, including processing payroll and managing timesheets from the Clock-in system
* Experience with ROI and UK payroll and pensions, as well as knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
* Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain excellent organizational and time management skills
* Calculation of commission on a monthly basis, including public holiday commission and holiday commission
* Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, preferably with IPASS qualification and experience with Irish and UK Payroll
* Strong Excel Skills are required
