Established in 2013, Weybourne is the Family Office for a High Net Worth family. Weybourne manages investments and provides financial and other professional support to the Family, their estates, and business interests.
Job Purpose:
We are currently supporting the recruitment for Residential Security Officers to join an Estate/Country house set in a beautiful location in Ballynatray.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering best in class residential security provision to a private Family estate
2. Overseeing the protection of the Principal Family, their property and the wider Estate employees: 24/7
3. Managing control room activities including monitoring technical security systems such as video management systems and alarms
4. Delivering a discreet, confidential and unobtrusive service
5. Proactive patrolling and security checks, both mobile and on foot
6. Coordination of the security and medical reaction to incidents across the Estate
7. Compiling of Estate reports to reflect security matters
8. Coordination of any evacuation in the event of a fire or other emergency
9. Securing the Estate and ensuring access control is maintained throughout
10. Conducting emergency planning and coordination exercises
11. Reaction to and management of medical incidents
12. Managing the delivery of items on/off the Estate securely and with professionalism
13. Engage with security specific contractors to maintain all technical equipment
14. Ensuring Estate staff maintain necessary security protocols
15. Ensure that you comply with all Estate's policies and procedures, including H&S
16. Delivering event security and guest reception as required by the Estate
17. Anticipating the needs of the Principal, the Estate employees and plan/act accordingly
18. Upholding and maintaining Estate values; ensuring that you understand, always embrace and keep focused on the principles and priorities of the Estate
19. Developing and maintaining positive and professional working relationships across the Estate
20. Undergoing development and training where necessary such as annual refresher training and upskilling with new technologies and procedures
21. Promoting best working practices and ensuring all safe systems of work are followed by all, and reporting incidents/near misses
22. Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
1. Experience working in a Residential Security role (role similar to that outlined above) or demonstrate transferable skills
2. Appropriate PSA license (essential)
3. First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
4. A full, clean driving license
5. Willingness to undergo background vetting including criminal records checks and enhanced vetting
6. Customer focused nature, because interaction with various stakeholders will be required (highly desirable)
7. Computer literate with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Outlook & SharePoint
8. Experience using technical security systems (highly desirable)
9. The capability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
10. Effective and positive communications skills, both written and verbal
