Senior HR Generalist
We are seeking a results-driven HR professional to take ownership of Talent Acquisition, Development, and initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing talent strategies, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead key projects spanning recruitment, employee development, and reward management, working closely with senior leaders to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, ensuring a seamless process from job design to onboarding.
* Driving talent development initiatives, including internal training programmes and external partnerships.
* Managing reward and compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, performance incentives, and annual pay reviews.
* Partnering with universities and apprenticeship providers to attract early-career talent.
* Ensuring HRIS integrity and providing key data insights for talent assessment and succession planning.
* Supporting leadership teams on employee engagement, performance development, and internal mobility.
The Person We Are Looking For
We are looking for a talented individual with:
* A strong background in talent acquisition, reward, and HR project management.
* Experience in a multinational business environment.
* Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage HR initiatives across multiple regions.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 desirable).
* Excellent planning, organisation, and leadership skills.
