Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated administrator to join our team at Child and Family Services Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Reception: answering phones, passing on messages/general enquiries, post in & out including document control
* Answering and screening all incoming calls
* Data base entry and reporting
* Maintenance of filling systems including client files and archive management
* Courier consignment co-ordinator
* Scretarial support typing etc as requested
* Diary Management and Managing Correspondence
* Administrative responsibility for Applicant Dossier & Post Placement reports
* Scanning and Data Entry
Essential Skills:
* Strong admin skills
* 3 + years admin experience
* Tech savvy, highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
* Able to pick up new systems very quickly and confident using software & internal platforms
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information thoroughly and understand its significance
* Able to prioritise workload and communicate effectively with different audiences and work effectively as a part of a team
Working Conditions:
* Full-time Monday to Friday
* Office based role 9-5:00
* Hours may be flexible for right candidate (30-37.5 working week)
* Immediate Start
