A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Member Services Officer in our Credit Union
Dunboyne & District Credit Union are inviting applications for a full-time Member Services Officer to join our teams in our branches in Dunboyne & Ratoath.
The successful candidate will be required to work in both offices, so own transport is essential.
Summary of Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of operational and administrative activities that contribute to the effective running of the credit union.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:Providing quality services to the members on a day-to-day basis at the counter.Accurately and diligently handling cash and reconciling daily balances.Dealing with direct debit mandates as per member instructionsExplaining products and services to membersEnsuring member information on file is accurate and up to dateWorking at all times in a courteous, friendly and professional manner, preserving confidentiality and adhering strictly to all policies and procedures of the Credit UnionCompleting other duties as required by managementIdeal Requirements:Excellent administration skills and attention to detailExperience working in a credit union/ retail financial services environment would be a distinct advantageExperience of the Progress Banking System wouldbe a distinct advantageWe offer a very competitive salary, based on the Member Services Officer Salary Scale.
