About Deloitte Health & Social Care Team
We provide a full breadth of consulting and advisory services, expanding to support client needs with complex issues facing society. Our specialist consulting team offers strategic advisory services on crisis management, infrastructure, service design, operational and digital transformation including Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR/EPR).
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a team of consultants, developing and executing a business strategy, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the leadership team to define the strategy and goals, potential market, and future of the Operations Transformation practice
* Contribute to practice growth through internal networking and supporting new business proposals and presentations
* Assemble a team from across Deloitte's Consulting capabilities to develop and deliver tailored solutions for clients
* Act as key advisor on large transformation projects, ensuring the people aspect is critical to clients' transformation strategy and solution
* Establish processes encouraging shared learning within the team
* Support team development of Operations Transformation capability through opportunities and training fostering professional growth and expertise
About You:
Experience in senior leadership and client relationship roles within consulting and/or professional services organisations.
Demonstrated experience delivering strategies and solutions for transformational change (digital or organisational transformations including technology implementation, operational excellence, organisational design, operation model change)
Knowledge of working in specific industries such as government, justice, health, social care, transport
Strong programme management and change management capability, with experience developing a team with this capability essential
Leadership and interpersonal skills, with commitment to client service excellence, inclusivity, and employee experience
