Job Title: Senior Customer Service - Investor Services
About the Role
This is a 6-month contract role, with hours of work being 25 weeks at 9am start, 1 week at 09:45 start and 1 week at 08:00.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to investor queries via phone or email in accordance with department procedures.
* Act as a buddy/mentor to new team members when required.
* Ensure own tasks and responsibilities are completed within the correct time scales.
* Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings.
* Participate in client visit meetings as required.
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of Client & Investor Servicing.
* Ability to work to set deadlines.
* Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
* Attention to detail and strong accuracy.
* Analytical skills to research and resolve enquiries.
* Good communication skills.
The department provides third party fund services to numerous fund management companies, covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements.
