Analog Devices’ INA Team is seeking a New Product Coordinator to join their team in Limerick. The New Product Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the introduction of new products. This role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing material requirements and resource allocation to ensure successful new product launches. The coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery and release of new products, while continuously improving processes and managing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Logistics Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of backend activities and logistics to facilitate the timely delivery and release of new product projects. Understand and efficiently execute process requirements.
2. Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between Business Unit product teams, Manufacturing operations, and other support organizations to ensure the successful completion of projects.
3. Process Improvement: Develop and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency of new product coordination.
4. Tracking and Communication: Monitor and communicate work-in-progress (WIP) and project activities to relevant stakeholders.
5. Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize, plan, and negotiate with operations and support organizations to ensure continuity of activities with minimal impact on project schedules.
6. Risk Management: Develop contingency plans and risk management techniques to improve adherence to schedules and mitigate potential issues.
7. System Maintenance: Maintain and update business systems to support new product introduction activities.
8. Constraint Identification: Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing and coordinate with supply chain teams to establish priorities and resolve issues.
