Alliance Medical is recruiting a medical administrator to work in our centre located in Limerick City.
Job Summary
This is a full-time, permanent role that requires the successful candidate to work 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Saturday, from 7:30 am to 10 pm. Overtime opportunities are available on weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Confirm and schedule radiology appointments
* Update systems and maintain accurate records
* Make and receive phone calls in a professional manner
* Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous administration experience
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
