National Account Manager – Ireland
Anker Innovations UK+IE is seeking an energetic candidate to join our dynamic team as a National Account Manager – Ireland. This is a pivotal role within our fast-paced Mobility team, reporting to the Sales Leader for Mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop key customer relationships with assigned accounts across Ireland.
2. Identify growth opportunities for Anker’s Mobility product categories, including Charging, Headphones, Bluetooth Speakers, and Smart Projection.
3. Collaborate closely with the Anker Mobility retail and online account management teams to determine the best routes to market through key accounts.
4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Anker Mobility product portfolio.
5. Take full responsibility for securing sell-out, sell-through, and stock data to ensure accurate forecasting.
6. Manage the order book at a sell-in level, aligning with planned promotional and marketing activities. Ensure accurate order placements, including carton quantities and pricing.
7. Submit all required written reports by specified deadlines.
8. Maintain detailed customer records, including updated account contacts, product listings, and pricing.
9. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts, and prepare gap closure plans against budgets when necessary.
10. Ensure all account staff have thorough product knowledge of the Anker Mobility line-up.
11. Build strong working relationships with all internal Anker departments, including Marketing, GTM Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous sales experience with CE accounts, preferably with established relationships in the Irish market.
2. Knowledge of the audio, visual, and charging accessories market would be advantageous.
3. Strong business acumen to understand and contribute to the long-term goals of the company.
