Fleet Account Manager
A critical role in driving commercial objectives, focusing on fleet business retention, growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers through exceptional customer service and proactive contract renewal negotiations.
* Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales & renewal targets, along with other performance metrics.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
* Negotiate and finalize deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company policies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in vehicle leasing and/or account management.
* APA Loans or QFA qualification is a distinct advantage.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish fleet market, including key companies, trends, and regulations.
* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
