About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team and support a rapidly growing organisation.
As a key member of our technical team, you will provide comprehensive technical support, covering software, hardware, and general ICT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate on the documentation of ICT processes, aligning them with our Integrated Management System (IMS).
* Manage client interactions within our Software System, fostering strong partnerships with personnel to maximise system efficiency.
* Ensure the smooth functioning of our VOIP system, facilitating seamless communication within our business locations and with clients.
* Engage in collaborative ICT projects and development efforts, including requirement analysis, user acceptance testing, rollouts, regression testing, and continuous monitoring and enhancement of systems and processes.
* Champion the strategic development of our platform products, actively assisting various departments in optimising their processes.
Requirements
* A background in IT Support within 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting and resolution.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 platform and applications.
* Management of network switches, VPN & managed firewall devices.
* Experience with Microsoft Server & Hyper-V management.
