Excellent opportunity for a T&E Analyst to join our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company with a Shared Services Centre in Cherrywood Business Park.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Point of contact for outsourced T&E service team and second level escalations
2. First point of contact for troubleshooting issues in relation to T&E
3. Work with outsourced teams to resolve issues, including control issues and ensure the processes run smoothly
4. Support in resolution of Idoc failures and payment errors
5. Monitor regular internal reports & controls to ensure compliance to all agreed KPI’s & SLA’s
6. Perform and analyze regular T&E related reconciliations and collaborate with other departments to resolve variances
7. Work with local markets to ensure issues are being dealt with promptly and correctly
8. Ensure DTPs are maintained and checked regularly
9. Keep management informed of any issues and escalate where required
10. Preparation of the T&E Dashboards and reports
11. Other ad hoc duties - full spec can be delivered upon request
Requirements -
12. 1-2 plus years of T&E, AP, or accounting experience
13. Credit Card Management experience
14. Prior recent experience working in a SSO environment preferred
15. Experience with 3rd party outsource providers preferred
16. Strong financial and analytical background
17. OneConcur / SAP desirable
18. Other non-SAP Platform/ERP experience a plus
19. Proficient in Excel
20. Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools
Job terms -
21. Initial 12-18 month maternity contract - possibility of extension / permanency upon review
22. Monday - Friday (flexible working hours)
23. After probation, 1 day working from home available
