Job Description
At Autodesk, our Digital Sales team plays a crucial role in helping customers achieve their goals through a seamless digital buying experience.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home and occasionally attend office-based meetings or workshops.
Responsibilities:
* Create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and transact business directly with them.
* Qualify and map important partners, business processes, and technical requirements on deals.
* Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary.
* Create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or apply incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management.
* Create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management and organization.
* Manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration, and career development.
* Represent Autodesk, navigating our resources to accommodate customer needs.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales experience and a passion for learning.
* French or German and English (native proficiency).
* Outbound calling experience.
* Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies.
* Team player.
* Ability to cooperate with other teams.
* Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close.
* Experience in the software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environment interacting with clients of all levels is a plus.
* Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus.
