Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Representative to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.The Accounts Receivable Representative will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment encompassing all aspects of the Accounts Receivable processes.Role and ResponsibilitiesIssuing invoices / credit notes & all intercompany documentsEnsuring receipts are received in accordance with agreed payment termsProcessing daily payment receiptsDealing with customer queriesProcessing monthly statementsLiaising with all departments within the organisationMaintaining company credit card reports and dealing with all internal queriesWeekly/Monthly management reportingRequirementsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience in accounts receivable or similar roleBenefitsDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinationsDefined Contribution Pension SchemeDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year
