We are seeking a Marketing Executive to collaborate closely with our Head of Ireland Marketing Communications, supporting marketing activities across various business areas: employee benefits, wealth, commercial insurance, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies for all business areas, working in tandem with business leaders.
* Content Creation: Develop content for marketing campaigns in collaboration with business leaders, utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in our target markets, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to design and develop promotional materials and sales tools, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
* Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
* Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities, driving engagement and brand awareness.
* Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Agency and Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors, fostering effective partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
* Digital Marketing Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
* Design Software Familiarity: Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable.
* Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Education and Experience
* Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities and nuances.
* APA Qualification: APA qualification (insurance or financial advice) is highly desirable.
Working Arrangements
* Hours: 35 hours per week.
* Location: Blackrock, hybrid working arrangement available.
