Food and Beverage Supervisor
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will report to the Food & Beverage Manager, providing a friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Know and greet regular guests by name.
* Maintain a good working knowledge of food and wine.
* Make recommendations to guests.
* Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
* Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
* Availability for morning and evening shifts.
* Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Micros experience is preferable.
