The Role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of our clients Centre including sales, client services, suppliers, billing, administration, marketing, and community engagement.
Main Duties
* Ensure all relevant documentation is received from clients, filed and kept up to date. This includes direct debit mandates, insurance details, company VAT and registration details, emergency contact details etc.
* Manage all office sales, renewals, meeting room sales, virtual office sales and general marketing of centre.
* Monitor and amend annual reviews on all client contracts as necessary. This includes increasing of license fee, service charges, car parking, IT fees etc. where contract permits.
* Deliver Excellence in Customer Service Standards to all clients and guests.
* Act as point of contact for internal client requests and ensure requirements are met in line with company policies and procedures.
* Coordinate mail shots to tenants and update tenants as required, ensuring timely follow up.
* Perform reception duties including telephone answering, post and email.
* Liaise with suppliers and maintain quality of service, dealing with issues as they arise.
Requirements
* Three years experience working within a busy Property/Facilities Management/Hospitality environment.
* Excellent MS Office skills including time management and prioritization skills.
* Excellent Customer Services experience including Marketing & General Administration.
* Full authorisation to work in Ireland (no visa or sponsorship applications can be considered).
