Analyst - Funds Operations - Vestima Onboarding and Implementation

Clearstream's investment funds services enable banks and other investment fund distributors to move towards standardization, automation, and straight-through processing of investment fund orders. The Investment Funds Vestima Service Design and Implementation unit is a team dedicated to support client onboarding and process design around fund execution having direct collaboration with Sales-, Product- and Relationship Management Teams. In addition, and amongst other tasks the team manages and supports in- and external testing partnering with stakeholders and driving automation of processes.
Some projects might include the opportunity of short-term onsite customer support as well.
Tasks/responsibilities
Customer on-boarding: scoping, migration planning and coordination
Support product enhancement and -development
Active client communication and expectation management
Transfer Agent implementations: manage the migration to Vestima (order routing platform) and Central Facility for Funds (settlement service) together with clients
SWIFT 20022 testing & implementation
Partner with clients for end-to-end testing as well as performing internal testing for system enhancements
Qualifications/required skills
University degree, BAC + 3 or 5 with orientation finance or economics
Customer focus is essential
Relevant experience in the fund industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy, curiosity, highly organized and flexible with problem solving skills
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge and assume responsibility, capacity to work independently, as well under pressure, and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
SWIFT knowledge is an asset
French and/or German is an asset
