About the Position
As a Student Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the other employees in the Executive Support Team on professional support for Global Risk Management's Executive management team. In addition, you will also have a coordinating role, where you have large areas of collaboration with the company's other teams. The position is part-time for approx. 15 hours a week at our location in Middelfart. We will, of course, support you in balancing work and study.
Your primary tasks will include:
1. Contribute to the daily support of the executive management team
2. Contribution to preparation of presentations and reports
3. Prepare internal communication materials
4. Assist with strategy implementation and projects
5. Collect and analyse data from internal and external sources
6. Handle a range of ad-hoc tasks
Your Profile
We expect you to be in the process of relevant higher education, e.g. HA, cand. merc./cand. oecon. We also emphasise that you:
1. Are analytically sharp
2. Can communicate information clearly and precisely both orally and in writing
3. Are distinctively proactive and has an eye on processes and deadlines
4. Are a super user of PowerPoint and Excel
5. Are a team player with good relationship competencies and can collaborate widely
6. Have good English skills both writing and speaking
7. Are ready to adjust and can handle different tasks we offer
