Project Manager (Public Sector) - Construction
VANRATH is assisting a large Public Sector Organisation in their search for an experienced Project Manager - Construction.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a diverse team of professionals, technicians, and administrators across various Minor functions within the Infrastructure and Capital Development Division.
* Manage and deliver Minor Works Capital Projects and associated budget lines.
* Develop projects as part of the portfolio of services outlined.
* Implement new structures, strategies, policies, procedures, and processes for these services.
Key Requirements:
* Hold a Degree in Project Management or a Construction-related discipline.
* Minimum three years' experience in construction-related Project Management or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience of making managerial and technical decisions.
* Familiarity with NEC 3 or NEC 4 Suite of Contracts.
* Proficiency in Auto CAD.
* Knowledge of Northern Ireland Building Regulations.
* Understanding of PQQ and ITT procurement processes and e-tendering processes.
* Familiarity with health and safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Corporate membership of a relevant Professional Institute.
Additional Requirements:
* Full Driver's Licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
Remuneration:
£40,428 per annum, plus discount benefits.
