Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to provide administrative support to a multi-disciplinary Healthcare Team in Tralee, Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
* Update shared folders and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
* Liaise with other departments and agencies to obtain files as required
* Handle phone calls from stakeholders with excellent communication skills
* Input and update statistics on an Excel spreadsheet for reports and data analysis
* Prepare and upload case files to the database
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years of professional administration experience
* Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
This is a site-based role, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The hourly rate is €16.38.
