About Your New Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. People Management, Mentoring and Training Staff
2. Cash handling procedures
3. Stock management
4. Delivering outstanding quality, service, and store profitability
5. Customer services
6. Branding and advertising
7. Reporting and metrics
8. Logistics
9. Inventory control
10. Internal staff meetings
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Written and spoken fluent English
* A relevant Food Qualification or Degree (a strong advantage)
* Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food, or retail
* Experience of opening and closing store
* Supervising staff
* Operations
* Reporting and costings
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Living within commutable distance to Drogheda
* An up-to-date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
