The Customer Service Representative is critical in providing efficient and effective service and information to both external and internal customers.
What you’ll do:
1. Liaise and support customers with order processing, stock availability, delivery, and any other general enquiries.
2. Liaise with internal departments regarding logistics/transportation on delivery, product availability, and pricing.
3. Ensure returns are processed in line with company policy and/or communicate with the customer on any changes or updates to orders or delivery.
4. Meet annual company targets and KPIs.
What you’ll bring:
1. Experience in customer service or any other relevant experience.
2. Service mindset culture with strong communication over the phone and emails.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Experience within the manufacturing industry is advantageous but not required.
6. SAP experience is advantageous but not required.
