Head of Customer Services & Key Account Management
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our customer services and key account management team.
About the Role:
* Lead a diverse team in an international environment, motivating and developing subordinate employees.
* Manage cross-site customer relationships in the Americas region for Mobile Engine Services events, including individual customer account management.
* Optimize performance parameters (costs, quality, turnaround times) and commercial results of Mobile Engine Services engine events.
* Initiate and implement measures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Inquiries and Contract Conclusions
* Invoice Management (approval, complaints)
* Workload Steering of the DUB Repair Station
* Quality Assurance and Optimization of Mobile Engine Services Event Process
* Interface Management with Service Providers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
* 3-5 Years of Professional Experience in Customer Service or Equivalent
* Excellent Knowledge of Economics and Business Administration
* Technical Understanding and Interest
* Fluent in English; German Desirable
