In this hybrid role, youll be at the heart of their operations, working with landlords who lease their land or rooftop space for Telecom Towers. What Youll Do: Negotiate Win-Win Deals: Engage with existing landlords to negotiate and secure buyouts of long-term lease agreements. Drive Strategy: Play a critical role in optimizing the companys portfolio and shaping its long-term success. Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with landlords, ensuring mutual benefit and maintaining positive relations. Key Skills and Experience: Negotiation Expertise: Youll need strong negotiation skills to structure and close complex deals that benefit both parties. Real Estate Knowledge: Experience in real estate, particularly with lease agreements or property transactions, will give you a significant advantage. Telecommunications experience is desirable.
