We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment delivery team, supporting our clients across various industries.
This role is focused on ensuring timely delivery of our client needs, finding the right talent in the time they need it. You will partner with our delivery teams to work on assigned roles, developing sourcing strategies to attract and engage talent for our clients. You will take ownership of managing candidates through the interview process, supported by our wider team.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, finding the ideal candidates to join their teams. Our Client Services teams collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure your success in finding the best talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal delivery teams to provide a pipeline of candidates for assigned roles.
* Develop an understanding of our client's requirements.
* Build and develop sourcing strategies to attract and engage talent.
* Proactively engage talent and build talent pools to meet our clients' needs.
* Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet our clients' technical, personal competencies, and culture fit.
* Manage candidates through the interview and offer process, supported by the client services team.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey.
Requirements for this Role
* 1+ years' experience in recruitment or talent delivery.
* Experience within an administrative or sales-based role.
* Passion for the talent industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of meeting delivery SLA's & KPI's.
* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a changing environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
