Oliver James are keen to speak with accountants on behalf of our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry. They are currently seeking a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join their Finance team. The role sits on a regional team and supports the Head of the function.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to regulatory bodies
2. Ensure compliance with Solvency II regulations and reporting requirements
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient reporting processes
5. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company's reporting practices are in line with current regulations
Key Skills
1. Strong knowledge of General Insurance Solvency II reporting requirements
2. Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory reports
3. Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
