For additional information on the firm, please visit www.simmons-simmons.com.Main purpose of the role:Simmons Adaptive are currently working with a large financial institution as they seek to bring on a Private Banking Lawyer.You will be required to:Provide comprehensive legal advice to retail and professional clients on banking and credit matters, with a focus on funds and investments.Advise on banking operations, including payments, bank accounts, funds and deposits.Support the private bank across products, ensuring free running of matters.Represent the private bank in meetings and drive initiatives independently.The ideal candidate would be based in Dublin, however the client is also happy to consider those based in the UK, with the expectation to sit with the London team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home and in the office on a full-time basis.
