Growth Business Plan Development for Key Accounts Ireland
The role of a National Account Manager (NAM) in PPD Key Accounts Ireland involves developing the Growth Business Plan (GBP) for customer portfolios, collaborating with Activation Managers, Education Managers, and Regional Commercial Managers to align with divisional strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Establish partnerships and maintain close contacts with key account leaders and decision-makers.
* Create a strong rapport with customers and serve as the primary PPD representative for their leadership and decision-making teams.
* Develop and execute business plans for accounts, including turnover, market share, GBP, and trade marketing strategies.
* Bid on accounts by building a Growth Business Plan (GBP) in collaboration with Activation Managers and presenting it during account negotiations.
* Evaluate growth levers: commercial agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising, development opportunities, etc.
* Analyze data, leveraging available sources, in collaboration with Activation and Category Management.
* Work with Activation counterparts on GBP communication and implementation with accounts and internally.
* Manage budgets for account portfolios, including sales forecasts, negotiation, promotional budgets, and sell-out budgets, with support from supply chain and channel controllers.
* Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, establish action plans, ensure execution, and follow-up.
* Maintain knowledge and understanding of account portfolios and competitive landscapes.
