Group Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Group Marketing Manager to develop ongoing marketing and communication strategies to drive revenue and brand voice across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and implementing content plans across all hotels, including social media channels, email communications, press releases, and traditional advertising.
* Manage each hotel's reputation by working with individual hotel teams to ensure review sites are updated and 100% response to all online comments and social media queries.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports showcasing commercial ROI, inclusive of KPIs across website activity, including booking engine statistics, social media channels, and email communications.
* Oversee coordination of SEO, PPC, Meta, and other digital advertising activities in collaboration with website/digital marketing providers.
* Responsible for website updates and development, including updating content with hotel teams and ensuring maximum functionality.
* Manage content, design, and coordinate brochures and collateral with hotel teams to ensure brand standards are maintained.
* Be responsible for ad-hoc promotional collateral as needed for Sales & Marketing needs.
* Work with Group DOSM in managing third-party relationships with PR agencies, design/print agencies, advertising publications, and digital marketing agencies.
* Assistance in ad hoc projects with sister properties and parent company as required.
* Planning and participation on photo shoots in association with Group DOSM as required.
* Assist Group DOSM in planning, preparation, and compilation of annual Sales & Marketing plan.
Requirements:
* Minimum of three years' experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent role within a 4/5-star luxury hotel property/hospitality business.
* Marketing/Communications degree an advantage.
* Thorough knowledge of marketing processes, website management, and design, search engine optimization, link-building, and content development.
* Possess a solid understanding of social media communications, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Instagram, Pinterest, Hootsuite.
* Ability to work with PDF Editor and Adobe packages.
* Thorough knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Windows.
* Excellent communication skills with fluent English, both oral and written.
* Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to self-prioritize.
* Ability to work to deadlines and be proactive.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
* Valid driver's license.
