Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and development of residential projects in the Irish market.
Requirements:
1. Excellent technical design skills with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
2. Proven experience working on residential developments, preferably in Ireland.
3. Hold a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
4. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Irish planning and building regulations.
