About Us: At the Business Transformation & Enablement, we are responsible for driving the transformation strategy and roadmap that enables SAP Customer Support to successfully achieve its objectives.
Our work involves close collaboration with the leads of our strategic programs, prioritizing and executing key projects and initiatives to ensure business value delivery and a strong return on investment.
Location: Ireland or Brazil Role Description: The Organizational Change Lead is responsible for delivering change management activities to facilitate organizational growth and transformation.
This role applies structured methodologies to change initiatives, supports communication and training efforts, and conducts impact analyses to ensure successful adoption of changes.
The individual connects with strategic change-related topics across SAP (including HR, CS&D) and within our strategic portfolios.
Responsibilities: Oversee and Manage OCM Project Portfolio: Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) project portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with SAP's business strategy.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to make sure change initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
Apply Structured Methodology to Change: Utilize Wrike and the Service and Support change management methodology, process, and tools to create and implement strategies that support the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives.
Support Communication Efforts: Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications related to change initiatives.
Enable effective communication across the organization using tools, including Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Sway).
Assess Change Impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Support Training Efforts: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Create Actionable Plans: Develop deliverables for core change management plans, including Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.
Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to the Change Leadership Network, supporting junior and intermediate specialists.
Develop roadmaps to enhance Change Leadership skills among Change Management Leaders, Project Leaders, and Business Sponsors across Customer Support.
Monitor Organizational Efforts: Actively monitor organizational efforts and connect with strategic change-related topics across SAP.
Evaluate User Readiness: Track and report issues, manage stakeholders, and evaluate use Requirements: Educational Background: Master's or bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably within a large enterprise setting.
Methodology and Process Expertise: Apply structured methodologies and processes to drive organizational change.
(Prosci training & certification is an asset) Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with and through others at all levels of the organization.
Autonomy and Flexibility: Ability to perform autonomously and flexibly in ambiguous situations.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe, Camtasia) and comfort using AI tools for content creation.
Experience with content generation platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently act on meeting minutes.
Facilitation Tools: Experience with Mural or other facilitation tools is a plus.
Leadership Development: Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs.
Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and prepare risk-mitigation tactics.
Change Adoption and Reinforcement: Identify and manage strategies to ensure adoption, usage, and reinforcement of change.
(Experience with WalkMe is an asset) Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
