We are hiring a Physiotherapist to our hospital in Dublin,Ireland.
Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) Responsibilities Maintain a clinical caseload suitable for the position.
Be in charge of conducting client assessments, creating, and carrying out client-centered, best practice-compliant, individualised treatment plans.
As needed, collaborate with the client, family, and other team members to establish goals.
Cooperate and communicate with other members of the team.
Establish good lines of communication and offer support, direction, and education to service users, their families, carers, and others.
Maintain client records in compliance with departmental guidelines and professional standards.
Provide a service in a variety of places within the allotted time frame and in accordance with local policies and rules.
Uphold professional norms concerning ethics, secrecy, and the law.
Follow local regulations and CORU's requirements while practicing physiotherapy within your own scope.
adequate understanding of cardiac, neuro, and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Collaborate with team members to actively contribute to the advancement and enhancement of physiotherapy services.
Experience working with senior citizens is a must.
Requirements Be listed (or in the process of being listed) on the CORU Physiotherapists Registration Board's Physiotherapists Register.
Possess two to three years of full-time post-qualification clinical experience, or three years total.
Must have a physiotherapy degree or a comparable credential and be qualified to join the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Possess established management and clinical expertise in the fields of mental health, older adults, frail elderly people, and/or palliative care, as well as clinical expertise in related medical disorders.
It is advantageous to have prior experience working with Huntington's patients and in a mental health setting.
Possess a solid understanding of health, safety, and other legal requirements that impact a healthcare organisation.
Outstanding expertise and abilities in people management.
