About the Role
As a Sales Advisor within our branches, you play a pivotal role in driving business success. Your key responsibility is to build strong relationships with trade customers through regular face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain customer relationships, focusing on securing sales, improving margin, and delivering exceptional customer service within the branch.
* Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings, positioning yourself as the trusted advisor for customers.
* Collaborate closely with other branch teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Efficiently manage call backs, ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to stay ahead of customer needs and preferences.
* Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to reduce returns by building stronger customer relationships.
* Analyze relevant business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
