We're working with a well-established client who’s looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Dublin team and play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery. You’ll support project managers by coordinating tasks, managing project frameworks, and keeping everything on track. You'll also take ownership of smaller projects and provide hands-on support with admin, scheduling, and client communications. Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and support clients and their needs.
2. Assisting in ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Organisation’s requirements.
3. Providing guidance and feedback to project teams.
4. Providing a general ‘readily available’ interface between Client and the Business.
5. Managing and monitoring individual & collaborative work loads.
6. Maintaining and integrating project plans.
7. Tracking & reporting overall progress.
8. Administering the project budget and tracking project costs.
9. Planning & scheduling resources for a group of projects.
10. Monitoring resource utilisation.
11. Performing quality reviews.
12. Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
13. Weekly updates to the Operations Manager for submission to the directors.
