For our client, an Irish fast food restaurant chain in Co. Cork, we are looking for a Fast Food Supervisor.
Candidate information/requirements:
* The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience in a high-volume location, in a comparable Fast Food Operations.
* Previous management experience in a catering, fast food, or restaurant environment.
* HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus.
* Excellent customer service, good leadership, and organizational skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
* A good level of English is required.
About the job:
* Permanent, full-time position.
* Start: January 2025.
* If moving to Ireland from abroad, the employer will secure accommodation which you will be paying between 530 € to 600 € per month for a private room in the nearby area (utilities are not included).
* Salary after tax in Ireland for this Supervisor role will be between 2.165 € to 2.290 € net per month (29.952 € to 32.032 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week.
As a Supervisor, you will be asked to demonstrate a personal commitment to meet and exceed customer service expectations within the business through active customer interaction and staff training.
In this role, you will be required to:
* Coordinate staff scheduling and rotas to ensure sufficient cover at all times.
* Provide on-the-job coaching and training for existing staff.
* Induct and train new staff.
* Create a great culture in your store by focusing on the values of the business.
* Ensure standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained whilst complying with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP regulations.
* Ensure daily sales (cash & visa) balance is correct.
* Order stock daily to ensure sufficient product availability.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the store (inside and outside) and the cleanliness of the equipment.
* Ensure minimum wastage through effective stock control and stock rotation.
* Ensure high standards of customer service throughout all shifts.
* Comply with company policies and procedures.
* Handle customer complaints and queries.
* Implement promotional campaigns from the head office.
