Patient Engagement, Enrollment & Retention (PEER)
The PEER group is responsible for developing strategies and executing clinical trial participant enrollment and retention. This includes three capabilities: Design, Delivery, and Health Literacy Content.
The Health Literacy Content team creates dynamic, patient-facing clinical trial communications for patient recruitment and retention, as well as executing health literacy optimized content strategies.
Content Creation Associate Role
The purpose of the Content Creation Associate role is to work with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to prepare health literacy optimized clinical trial patient-facing communications.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation, Development and Finalization/Document Management
2. Project and Stakeholder Management
3. Knowledge and Skills Development
4. Knowledge Sharing
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in scientific, health, communications, or technology related field
* Or, Bachelor's degree in any field with at least two years of clinical development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Additional preferences include advanced degrees, demonstrated mastery of verbal and written English skills, and experience in medical writing, clinical development, and health-outcomes research.
