Responsibilities
* Proven experience in generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships.
* Ability to prospect and close new sales leads through solution-selling to commercial customers.
* Fostering relationships with new clients through negotiations.
* Contact current client base with specific products and services to meet their needs.
* Identify prospective customers by using business directories, CRM software and referrals.
* Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer's needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
* Prepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
* Visit establishments to evaluate needs and to promote products and services.
* Follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
* Continual education on new and existing products and services.
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
* Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
* Ensure the availability of stock for sales in every shop.
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
* Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and passion for telecommunications, sales, customer service, marketing, IT or other related fields preferred.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating, and selling products and services, including but not limited to prospecting, negotiating, and closing techniques, marketing strategies, product presentations, and sales control systems.
* Knowledge of customer and personal service principles, including but not limited to customer needs assessment, meeting the quality standard for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction, building rapport, and maintaining customer relationships.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms.
* Ability to build rapport with clients.
* Ability to self-motivate and self-manage.
* Strong judgment, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills: identify, evaluate and implement solutions to complex problems.
* Ability to travel at least 75% of the time to customer locations.
* Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
* Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
* License/Certification: Full Irish/EU driver’s License (required).
* Work authorization: Has the right to work in the country.
