Job Title: Audit Manager
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Limerick and Kerry.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality audit and accounting services to a portfolio of clients, including SMEs and third-party reporting clients.
* Maintain compliance with audit and accounting standards for the Audit/Accounts function.
* Conduct annual compliance reviews as required by CPA.
* Mentor, train, develop, and supervise audit team members.
* Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and the team.
* Audit SME companies, including those reporting to the CRA and Central Bank.
* Prepare financial statements for larger audit-exempt companies.
* Provide technical assistance to the accounting and audit teams.
* Prepare and present reports to clients and partners upon request.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in audit practice.
* Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
* Previous leadership role in practice.
* Strong technical ability.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including accounting and audit software.
* Excellent communication and team-building skills.
