Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Investment Management client and contribute to the successful configuration and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure that the CRM solution meets the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
o Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
o Document and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
2. Business Process Analysis:
o Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
o Develop and document as-is and to-be process maps.
o Provide recommendations for process enhancements and CRM system configurations.
3. Solution Design and Validation:
o Work with the project team to design CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
o Ensure that the proposed solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
o Validate and test the configured CRM system to ensure it meets the defined requirements.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
o Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions clearly and effectively.
o Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
5. Documentation:
o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
o Develop user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support the CRM implementation.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
o Develop and generate reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements.
o Identify and document defects and work with the technical team to resolve them.
o Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the testing phase.
8. Change Management:
o Support change management activities, including training and communication efforts.
o Assist in developing and delivering training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using the new CRM system.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CRM projects.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and related technologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Proficient in business process mapping and documentation techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
