We support the delivery of organisational transformation projects and programmes across technology/digital, organisational and cultural change, working closely with clients to design/improve and execute their change management approaches.
This involves stakeholder assessment and engagement, change impact assessment, behaviour-based change readiness solutions, communication strategy and delivery, training strategy, design and delivery, and workforce transition plans.
You'll contribute to client issues using your personal insight and experience to solve complex client issues, performing analysis to determine client needs/recommendations utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver change management services for transformations like technology implementation, cultural change, or operation model change (or similar)
• Stakeholder assessment, planning and engagement, communication strategy and delivery change strategy development, change impact assessment, behaviour-based change readiness solutions, training strategy, design and delivery, and workforce transition plans
• Experience in at least one of the industries listed above
• Overseeing and developing junior members of the team
• Self-drive and eagerness to learn
• Strong process and analytical skills
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
