This role is a genuine career opportunity for someone looking to enhance their career prospects and to join a market-leading company with highly ambitious growth plans in Ireland.Hours Per Week: 40Days Per Week: Mondays to Fridays from 9.00am to 6.00pmContract: PermanentClosing Date: 11th March 2025The day to daySupervise and allocate work within the microbiology laboratory, ensuring high-quality standards.Provide training and technical support to staff, fostering continuous development.Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and EHS regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.Review and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.Participate in internal and external audits, supporting quality assurance initiatives.Oversee equipment calibration, quality controls, and daily checks to maintain ISO compliance.The EssentialsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a Microbiology laboratory is required.
