A. Browne Oil is looking to recruit an office administrator / receptionist in the Moate area. The post holder will have responsibility for administration support activities in a busy office environment. The role is offered as a one-year contract.
Duties
1. Answering and responding to incoming calls and emails from customers and managing booking enquiries.
2. Generating reports for customers, contractors, and management through internal systems as well as EXCEL.
3. Extensive data entry and data management that requires accuracy with internal systems.
4. Understanding customer needs, queries, and requirements and acting on them to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Providing excellent customer service to all our customers; building lasting relationships and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
6. Electronically filing and scanning documents into the internal database.
7. Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required.
Requirements
1. Written and Spoken English.
2. IT Literate.
3. Numerical efficiency.
4. Good Administrative Skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Good Attitude to Work.
7. Excellent Customer Service Skills.
8. Good Interpersonal Skills.
9. Discretion in relation to confidential information.
10. Experience in a transport environment is not necessary as full training will be given.
