About This Role

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive growth by building strong client relationships and showcasing the value of our cutting-edge diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with operations and management to drive business growth.
* Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve ongoing revenue targets.
* Effectively communicate value propositions to customers across various physician specialties.
* Provide exceptional customer support, including education on products and market updates.
* Accurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel aligned with a 90-day quota.
* Actively contribute to new business opportunities and organic growth strategies.
* Use clinical data and scientific literature as selling factors to support consultative sales efforts.
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales, customer service, or account management.
* Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
* Ability to understand and utilize scientific literature and clinical data in sales.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
