An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic sales team and play a crucial role in driving growth within a young company environment which is currently the fastest growing medical staffing agency in Ireland.
We are looking for a new Area & Sales Manager that will have the capability to combine selling our comprehensive management technology and service to benefit our expanding client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the East Leinster region and building upon the strong relationships with our current customers.
Ideally, the candidate will be residing in one of the regions that they work. You will inherit a mature client list that will require positive and proactive account management starting with Kildare and North Dublin before moving into the other areas. The position reports into the National Sales Manager who will help and enable you by providing insights, guidance, and organizational training. When prospecting you will be expected to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target customer organizations. You will showcase the value of our products and services, exceed sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
1. Proactively pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory, utilizing various prospecting methods such as meetings, emails, and cold calling.
2. Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including healthcare professionals, financial officers, and HR professionals.
3. Present and communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers, addressing and tailoring them to their specific needs.
4. Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and wider operations team to develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets.
5. Follow up on leads, provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, and maintain accurate sales records.
6. Stay informed about industry news and trends, our competitors, and other market developments.
7. Provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to product and service enhancements.
Qualifications and Attributes
1. Commercially minded with a proven track record in business development.
2. People-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, delivering solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction.
3. Strong organizational skills, capable of analyzing, interpreting, and applying sales data to make informed business decisions. Previous experience with a CRM Tool e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot, is an advantage but not essential.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas is an essential quality.
5. Demonstrated ability to achieve results and work in a goals-focused manner.
6. A background directly in healthcare sales or a healthcare profession is an advantage but not a requirement.
