Credit Controller Job Description
At RFC, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team on a full-time basis at our Head Office in Swords.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform daily cash collection activities via phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Process cash receipts, cheque postings, and allocations.
* Manage weekly and monthly invoices.
* Conduct bank account reconciliations.
* Resolve customer queries by providing copy invoices, credit notes, and statements.
* Carry out other administrative tasks as directed by the company.
Requirements and Skills:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts.
* Familiarity with Xero and Sage accounting software.
* Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude, good organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong team player.
Job Details:
* Full-time, permanent position.
* Salary: €32,000.00-€34,000.00 per year.
* 8-hour shift schedule.
Location and Requirements:
* The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Swords, County Dublin before starting work.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree is required.
* At least 2 years of accounting experience is mandatory.
Work Authorization:
* Ireland work authorization is required.
