Your Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Guide, develop, and mentor a team of adept project and program managers, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
* Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic direction for project managers, establishing and maintaining PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
* Project Management: Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant, and scope-complete delivery.
* Cross-functional Coordination: Work with various teams to define project parameters and deliverables, align resources, and communicate status with executives and stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives for enhancing PMO process efficiency and effectiveness while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
About You
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Technical or Quality discipline.
* Experience: Over 10 years in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or drug development, with demonstrated success in leading complex project teams.
* Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of methodologies and tools, with proven track record in timely, budget-conscious project execution.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance.
* Leadership and Influence Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior management.
* Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Capable of resolving complex project issues and adapting strategies to meet changing business needs.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
